Personal touch

  • Every account has a multi-lingual Key Account Manager available by phone, email and Skype: personal meetings can easily be arranged in St. Vincent or Budapest.
  • If you prefer to use a language other than English, we will allocate an account manager who speaks your language and is familiar with your country and its culture.
  • During the account opening process your account manager will assist you every step of the way and after your account is opened, our Customer Service team is available to assist you or answer questions during business hours around the globe.
  • We are happy to welcome you to our representative office in Hungary, or our Head Office in St. Vincent and the Grenadines by prior appointment.

  • Our fees are fair, fully transparent and available on our website: there are no hidden charges.
  • We do not require a minimum account balance*, nor any minimum monthly amount to be paid into your account, however an initial deposit of at least USD 1500 to cover our one–off account opening fees is necessary to activate your account. (*with the exception of our platinum accounts)


  • We operate in an established jurisdiction; a parliamentary democracy in a stable region, where the business and legal language is English.
  • The banking legislation we follow and abide by is based on the well understood principles of English Common Law.
  • By law, non-resident account holders are not liable for taxation in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
  • Our jurisdiction is whitelisted and not subject to any sanctions, boycotts or blacklists. It meets all of the international obligations laid down by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) and FATF (Financial Action Task Force). We also co-operate fully with FATCA regulations.
